ITEM DELIVERY
Item delivery is made through express delivery within 8 business days from the moment of item availability conformation and the buyers payment settling if he or she had chosen bank deposit as their preferred payment option. Items are ensured from delivery losses, therefore if the Buyer doesn’t receive the package or he does not hear from the Seller within 10 days after ordering the product he is obligated to inform the Seller who will then try to find the delivery or send the new one. If the Buyer does not take the delivery from the courier within 5 business days, the delivery will be returned to the Seller.
COST OF DELIVERY
The delivery price is not included in the price of the product and is charged separately, ie for the territory of the Republic of Croatia delivery is 4€ (30 kn) and on orders for the European Union countries, and for other countries outside the EU delivery is charged 12 € (90,00 kn)
